- Contact form: first/last name, company, email, inquiry type, message — submitted via Formspree (
https://formspree.io/f/xbdplzop) and forwarded to info@quantumglidetech.com. - WhatsApp Shop: tapping WhatsApp Hi on shop.html opens
wa.me/919150047189with a pre-filled message (product name + source URL). No data is sent until you tap Send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp (Meta) processes the message under its own policy. - Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-first, no cookies for tracking) via
static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js— aggregated visits, not personal profiling. - Technical: IP, browser, Cloudflare ray ID for security and delivery (CF cache).
2. How we use it
To respond to Raven product, components, partnership or media inquiries, send product briefs, and improve the site. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for AI training.
3. Sharing
Form data is processed by Formspree and email hosting; analytics by Cloudflare. Both act as processors under their own policies. We share only as required by Indian law.
4. Retention
Inquiry emails retained as business records until no longer needed for the inquiry, then archived/deleted on request.
5. Your rights
Contact info@quantumglidetech.com to access, correct, or delete your inquiry data. We will respond within 24 hours on business days.
6. Cookies
We do not set marketing cookies. Essential cookies may be set by Cloudflare for security. You can block cookies in your browser without loss of core function.
